Upon entry within the EU, Clamageran-Expositions
or their agents will issue all necessary custom transit documents
covering the goods going to your stand under customs control.
In complete coordination with your services, we make sure your goods can enter the EU territory in full compliance with the French customs regulations including : Certificate of conformity (for machinery), Phytosanitary & health & Veterinary certificates (for foodstuff), Cites certificate (for goods concerned by the convention of Washington protecting certain rare animals species), AMG (for defense supplies), etc…
Nevertheless, as each case is different, kindly contact us in order to obtain all necessary information on all required documentation and import agreements.
All non EU goods being displayed on a French exhibition can be entered under temporary admission in order to be able to obtain duty free classification for the duration of the event.
By the end of the show, the goods can be reexported either to theyr country of origin or another country. If they stay in France on a permanent basis, they will be subject to payment of taxes and duties in accordance to their value and commodity.
