AGENT: In our capacity as transportation agent, CLAMAGERAN EXPOSITIONS has as its disposal all means of transport, and can also assist you in the preparation of your exhibition and your exhibit material.
TRANSPORT: From any corner of the globe, CLAMAGERAN EXPOSITIONS can take charge of your equipment and arrange for transport by air, sea or land up to arrival exhibition stand. At the end of the exhibition, our staff will oversee the collection of goods from the exhibition right up to their return to point of origin – or any other destination.
TRANSIT AND CUSTOMS FORMALITIES: In our capacity as Official Customs Broker CLAMAGERAN EXPOSITIONS can execute all Customs formalities on behalf of a Third Party. Clamageran has their own Customs Bond and Bonded Warehousing.

- Transit under Bond, TIR Carnet administration
- Administration of ATA carnets
- Customs Inspections
- Veterinary Inspections
- Diversion to Definite Import

Using our own highly experienced drivers, we can accommodate all and any kind of lifting and handling project.
STORAGE: CLAMAGERAN EXPOSITIONS has permanent and secure storage facilities at all major exhibition sites and can store empty packing materials for the duration of the exhibition open days, as well as storing booth supply materials and arranging delivery to stand to suit your needs.
SPECIAL EVENTS: For Special Events (cultural, scientific, art, sporting, ‘road-shows’, fashion shows, promotional evenings, ‘incentive’ events, show-cases, seminars, etc) which have specialised transport and installation requirements, our project management team will study every detail and provide you with logistics solutions.
